Abstract
Premier decrees to validate the Regulation. Registration of vessels is carried out by harbourmasters, Chief state inspection for safe navigation, fluvial vessels and small-size vessels are subject to registration at State fleet inspection. Registration of vessels in the ship register of the Ukraine is carried out either by harbourmasters of by State fleet inspection. The document consists of V Secs. Section I lays down general provisions. Section II regards registration of vessels at State ship’s register of the Ukraine. Section III regards registration of vessels in ship register of the Ukraine. Section IV regards cancellation of vessels from State ship’s registry and ship register of the Ukraine. Section V regards calculation of vessels registered at State ship’s registry and ship register of the Ukraine.
