Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation on issuing to private business undertakers of special authorizations (licenses) for manufacturing of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobaccos. The document determines the conditions of issuing special authorizations (licenses) for manufacturing of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobaccos in accordance with Unified commodities specification and coding system: 22.04, 22.05, 22.06, 22.07, 22.08, 24.02, and 24.03. Special authorizations (licenses) are issued to private business undertakers on the basis of application form containing: 1). Copies of documents confirming business undertaker’s status, education and qualification level corresponding to the type of activity, for physical persons. 2). Copies of constitutive documents for juridical persons. Special authorizations (licenses) are issued for the period of 5 years with annual payments of the corresponding charges. Special authorizations (licenses) are issued separately for manufacturing of ethyl alcohol; cognac alcohol; alcoholic beverages; tobaccos.
