This Order validates the following forms of documents: (a) permit for import and export of specimens of wild fauna and flora species, certificate for specimens from the sea, which are subject to regulation by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora; (b) certificate for travelling exhibitions for species subject to regulation by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora; and (c) application form for issuance of permit for import and export of specimens of wild fauna and flora species, a certificate for travelling exhibitions, re-export and the introduction of such specimens from the sea, which are subject to regulation by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, and a sample of application form for obtaining them.
