Order No. 11 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the Methodology for calculation of fee for lease of part of fishery waterbody and fishery technological waterbody.

This Methodology is elaborated with a view of creating a unified organizational and economic framework mechanism for application of fees for lease of a fishing waterbody (for of floating fish farms) and lease of fishery technological reservoirs and waterbodies. Lease fees shall be applicable in accordance with fishery waterbody management contract. It contains calculation formula. The aforesaid Methodology shall be mandatory for public authority and local self-government in case of drafting fishery waterbody management contract.
