Order No. 110 of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources validating the Regulation on the procedure for data reporting, related to the volume of groundwater extracted by water users, to the automated system of accounting for abstraction of groundwater.

This Order sets forth the procedure for data reporting, related to the volume of groundwater extracted by water users, to the automated system of accounting for abstraction of groundwater. It shall be mandatory for all the owners and tenants of land plots where artesian wells have been developed and are exploited in accordance with special authorization for subsoil management and/or authorization for special water management. Measuring instrument and equipment shall be installed for the calculation of the volume of abstracted groundwater. The aforesaid equipment shall provide automatic transmission of information related to the volume of abstracted groundwater in a continuous mode to an automated system at least once per hour.
