Order No. 134 of the Ministry of Forest Management regarding validation of the Regulation on keeping state forest cadastre and primary registration of forests.

The purpose of the present Regulation is to establish the modalities of keeping state forest cadastre and primary registration of forest and common requirements for use of plots of forest land by permanent forest users – enterprises, institutions, organizations and individual citizens. The Regulation consists of 5 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards the contents of documentation of state forest cadastre. Section 3 regards organizational and technical arrangements as regards keeping state forest cadastre. Section 4 establishes requirements for keeping documentation of state forest cadastre. Section 5 establishes general requirements for filling in the forms of state forest cadastre.
