This Order validates the following forms of acts drawn up as a result of planned (unscheduled) measures of state control (inspection) regarding market operators' compliance with legislation on food, feed, animal by-products, animal health and welfare, and other forms of administrative documents: (a) the form of the act drawn up as a result of carrying out the planned (unscheduled) measure of the state control (inspection) concerning observance by market operators of requirements of the legislation on foodstuffs; (b) the form of the act drawn up as a result of carrying out the planned (unscheduled) action of the state control (inspection) concerning observance by market operators of requirements of the legislation on feedstuffs; (c) the form of the certificate (authorization) for carrying out the planned (unscheduled) action of the state control concerning observance by market operators of requirements of the legislation on foodstuffs, feedstuffs, by-products of animal origin, health and welfare of animals; (d) the form of the instruction on correction of violations of the requirements of the legislation on foodstuffs, feedstuffs, by-products of animal origin, health and welfare of animals; and (e) the form of an act drawn up on the impossibility of carrying out a measure of state control over the observance by market operators of the requirements of the legislation on foodstuffs, feedstuffs, animal by-products, animal health and welfare.
