Order No. 1669-r of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Concept of the State Targeted Social Program “Youth of Ukraine” for 2021-2025.

State Targeted Social Program “Youth of Ukraine” for 2021—2025 is based on the need for self-realization and development of the potential of youth in Ukraine, their participation and integration into public life, which will develop their national consciousness based on social and state values and responsible citizenship, provide young people with opportunities for successful realization and socialization, increase the level of their civic competencies, and the ability to be independent, resilient, active, patriotic, and responsible participants in public life.
The goal of the Program is to create opportunities for self-realization and development of the potential of young people in Ukraine, their participation and integration into society.
To achieve the goal of the Program, the following priority tasks are planned to be implemented: (a) increasing the level of competences of young people; (b) professional and career development, taking into account their own interests, opportunities and needs of the labor market; (c) family planning and responsible parenthood; (d) strengthening a responsible attitude towards the environment; and (e) use of direct types of public participation.
The objectives and activities of the Program will contribute to the development of youth and the removal of barriers so that none of its groups, regardless of gender, age, place of residence, psychological and physical abilities, disability and other characteristics in all spheres of life, is directly or indirectly excluded from society and has the opportunity to realize their potential in Ukraine.
