Order No. 172 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the Commission of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy for state support of agricultural producers by allocating budget subsidies per unit of cultivated land and forms of relevant documents.

This Regulation defines the order of organization and activity of the Commission of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy for state support of agricultural producers by allocation of budget subsidies per unit of cultivated land. State support for agricultural commodity producers through the allocation of budget subsidies per unit of cultivated land at the expense of budget funds is provided to agricultural commodity producers - legal entities regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership and to natural persons - entrepreneurs. Subsidies are provided to recipients on a non-refundable basis within the budget allocations provided for in the state budget for the current year, in the amount of up to 5,000 hryvnias per one hectare of cultivated land on which buckwheat, rye, millet and oats were grown (with the exception of fallow crops), but no more than 300 hectares of cultivated land by one recipient. The main task of the Commission is to process summary information of subsidy recipients and documents received from regional commissions for making decisions on the payment of subsidies, and to carry out by December 10, taking into account the available budget allocations, according to the relevant direction, the proportional distribution of budget funds for provision of a subsidy for each recipient, which is approved by an order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
