Regulation on the Commission of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food to provide state support to agricultural producers who use reclaimed land establishes the procedure for organization and activity of the commission of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy to provide state support to agricultural producers who use reclaimed land. The main tasks of the Commission are: (a) consideration of applications and documents; (b) adoption, on the basis of documents received from agricultural producers, information received from the State Tax Service and information verified by obtaining information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, of the decision to include agricultural producers in the register of agricultural producers who have been allocated a budget subsidy per unit of cultivated land; (c) determining the amount of state support for each agricultural producer; and (d) initiation of measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of state support, preventing violations of legislative requirements, misuse of budget funds.
