Order No. 256 of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate validating the Regulation on the procedure for examination of cases of violation of legislative requirements and application of sanctions to business entities operating in the sphere of nuclear energy management.

This Order establishes the procedure for examination of cases of violation of legislative requirements and application of sanctions to business entities operating in the sphere of nuclear energy management. Inspectors and territorial bodies of the State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate shall apply it in the process of state inspection of business entities and nuclear energy facilities. Violations of acting legislation identified during inspections shall be reported and notified to the business entities with the request to remedy the violations within the established time period. Annexes contain the form of reports and notification.
