Order No. 326 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Procedure for confirming the special knowledge of the inspector on organic production and/or circulation of organic products in the field of organic production.

This Procedure defines the methodology for confirming the special knowledge of an inspector of organic production and/or circulation of organic products in the field of organic production by passing a qualification exam and obtaining a certificate of an inspector of organic production and/or circulation of organic products. The qualification exam procedure consists of three stages: (a) organizational preparation for the qualification exam; (b) holding a qualification exam; and (c) assessment of candidates' knowledge and summarizing the results of the qualification exam. Certificate of organic production inspector contains the following information and data: (a) name of the central executive body that issued the certificate; (b) issue number and date; (c) surname, first name, patronymic (if available) of the inspector for organic production and/or circulation of organic products; (c) number and date of the Commission protocol; (d) branches of organic production for which the person to whom the certificate was issued has special knowledge to perform the functions of an inspector for organic production and/or circulation of organic products; and (e) job title, surname, initials and signature of the authorized person of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy (chairman of the Commission).
