Order No. 38 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure for validation of export production/manufacturing facilities and insertion thereof in state Register of validated export production/manufacturing facilities.

This Order sets forth the procedure for validation of export production/manufacturing facilities and insertion thereof in state Register of validated export production/manufacturing facilities. Food market operator that intends to export food products to countries that require validation by the central executive authority, which implements state policy on safety and quality standards of foodstuffs, compliance of production/manufacturing process and/or circulation (transportation, storage, trade) of foodstuffs to the requirements of the legislation of the country of destination, is required to undergo the procedure for approval of export production/manufacturing facilities established by this Procedure.
