Order No. 385 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy validating the Regulation on a standardized insurance product for insuring areas of winter grain crops with state support against agricultural risks for the overwintering period.

The Regulation on a standardized insurance product for insuring areas of winter grain crops with state support against agricultural risks for the overwintering period establishes the following terms and conditions for the conclusion of insurance contract against agricultural risks for the overwintering period: (a) general information (date and place of the conclusion of insurance contract, information and data of the beneficiary – policyholder); (b) subject of contract (name of insured winter cereal crop, the total area of insured crops, insurance value, total sum insured under contract, insurance tariff, insurance payment, term of payment of insurance payments); (c) insurance cases; (d) conditions for making an insurance payment; (e) rights and obligations of the parties; (f) liability of the parties; and (g) other conditions.
