This Order establishes the procedure for state registration of foodstuffs production/manufacturing facilities, keeping state Register of production/manufacturing facilities owned by market operators, and release of information contained in the state Register. Market operator – producer of agricultural commodities (foodstuffs) must submit to the territorial body of the competent authority application for the state registration of the production/manufacturing facility used at any stage of production and/or circulation (transport, storage, trade) of food products in accordance with this procedure. Registration number shall be attributed to each single production/manufacturing facility.
