Order No. 414 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure for artificial breeding (reproduction) of aquatic bioresources and use thereof.

This Order sets forth the procedure regulating activities related to artificial breeding (reproduction), resettlement and acclimatization of aquatic biological resources (including species registered in the Red Book of Ukraine) in fishery waterbodies of national importance (except for waterbodies located within the territories and around the objects of the nature reserve fund), including waterbodies destined for fishfarming managed by fishery enterprises, establishments, organizations irrespective of the forms of ownership, natural persons citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons performing reproduction of water bioresources. Special Commission shall be responsible for supervision over the introduction of aquatic biological resources into fishery waterbodies.
