Order No. 435 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure of inspection and renewal of State Geodetic Network points.

This Procedure determines the mechanism of inspection and renewal of State Geodetic Network points, establishes the types of thereof and shall be mandatory for the subjects of topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity. Inspection and renewal of the State Geodetic Network facilities shall be performed for the following purposes: (a) establish the degree of their safety and suitability for use; (b) performance of repair works in case of their damage; and (c) design and projecting works on the restoration of State Geodetic Network points with a view of the construction and definition of location of new points in place of damaged or destroyed.
