Order No. 452 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources “On ensuring the participation of experts in the implementation of environmental impact assessment”.

This Order defines the legal principles and procedure for maintaining a register of environmental impact assessment experts, establishes the requirements and procedure for entering information into the Register. The Register is a system for collecting, accumulating, systematizing and storing information about environmental impact assessment experts, from whom members of expert commissions for environmental impact assessment are appointed. The register is maintained to ensure: (a) centralized accumulation, systematization and storage of information about environmental impact assessment experts at the regional and state levels, from whom members of expert commissions for environmental impact assessment are appointed; and (b) the availability of information on available environmental impact assessment experts who may be involved by the authorized central body and authorized territorial bodies in environmental impact assessment procedures. The Register is kept in electronic form. Information in the Register shall be entered in Ukrainian. This Order lists documentation to be submitted by the experts for insertion thereof in the Register.
