Order No. 48/250 of the State Committee of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreurship attcahed to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy validating the Regulation on supervision of the observance of the licensing conditions for carrying out economic activity related to processing, storage and trade of pedigree (genetic) resources and genetic expertise of the origin and anomalies of animals.

The present Regulation shall be applicable to all economic entities (legal and natural persons, and also enterprises) in possession of the licence issued by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy for carrying out economic activity related to processing, storage and trade of pedigree (genetic) resources and carrying out genetic expertise of of the origin and the anomalies of animals. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and the State Committee of Regulatory Policy and Entrepreurship shall carry out control over the observance of licensing conditions within the sphere of the proper competence. Control over the observance of licensing conditions means the totality of organizational and legal arrangements aimed at the inspection of the compliance by the licence holder with the qualification, organizational,special and technological requirements set for carrying out economic activity related to processing, storage and trade of pedigree (genetic) resources and genetic expertise of the origin and anomalies of animals.
