This Order establishes the procedure for compilation, submittal and processing of requests for public information, which is administered by the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre and its territorial bodies, and forms for the filing of such requests. Access to public information shall be ensured through provision of information and data in accordance with requests for access to public information, including requests to public information classified as open data. The requestor may apply to the State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre or its territorial bodies for the purpose of obtaining public information, regardless of whether this information is personally related to him or her, without explaining the reason for the request. Request for access to public information can be either individual or collective.
