Order No. 678 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the list of issues and a unified form of the inspection certificate for the implementation of planned state supervision (control) in the field of hunting management and hunting.

This Order establishes that the scope of supervision (control) of hunting management and hunting practice shall be compliance with the provisions of acting legislation and, in particular, as follows: (a) elimination of identified violations in the established time frame; (b) compliance with the decision on the suspension and termination of hunting activities; (c) compliance with the decisions of the authorized state institutions related to the allotment of hunting grounds; (d) availability of a project for the organization and development of the hunting management; (e) mapping of boundaries of territories of hunting grounds by establishing information and security signs; (f) availability of hunting contract, concluded between a territorial body of authorized state institution in the field of forestry and hunting management and user of hunting grounds; (g) compliance with the terms of hunting (specific date of opening and closing of hunting for certain game species, days of hunting within a week), the procedure for its implementation, as well as the number of game animals authorized for hunting; and (h) registration of available game and trophies.
