Order No. 701 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure for planning and application of state supervision (control) in the sphere of seed and planting material and the Instruction on drafting of reports on administrative offenses in the sphere of seeds and planting material.

This Procedure determines the planning and application of planned and unscheduled state supervision (control) arrangements on verification of compliance of the subjects of economic activities (business entities) with the legislative requirements in the sphere of seeds and planting material, organizational arrangements to be taken before commencing inspections, general requirements for their application, as well as requirements for the registration of materials on the results of inspections. State inspectors shall be authorized to draft reports on administrative offences in the sphere of seeds and planting material.
