Order No. 760 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food validating the Regulation on the procedure, terms and conditions for registration of personalized (individual) insurance contracts for agricultural commodities with state support by insurance companies.

This Order establishes the mandatory procedure, terms and conditions for registration of personalized (individual) insurance contracts for agricultural commodities with state support by insurance companies related to insurance underwriters and insurance object. Personalized registration shall be performed in electronic form. Electronic register must contain the following information: (a) the names of insured crops, perennial plantations, their varieties or hybrids; (b) location of areas of insured crops, perennial plantations; (c) cadastral number of land plots under insured crops, perennial plantations, or coordinates of the global positioning system (satellite GPS navigation system or WGS-84 World Geodetic System) of land plots under insured crops, perennial plantations, or field map coordinates under insured crops, perennial plantings; (d) total land area under insured crops, perennial plantations; (e) species, breed, sanitary and veterinary status, animal identification number (marking) - for insurance of farm animals; (f) number of insured animals; (g) species, classification, conditions for the breeding of aquatic living resources and their catch rates - for the insurance of aquatic living resources; (h) volumes (tons) of water resources insurance; and (j) number of bee families in the beehives (apiaries), their productivity, conditions for their breeding – for the insurance of beekeeping.
