Order No.25 of 1993 of State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources regarding validation of the Regulation on the order of consideration by bodies of State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources of cases of administrative violations of the land legislation.

The registration of the documents (instructions and protocols) at revealing infringements of land legislation is carried out by the experts of the central subdivision of State Committee on Land ordering and its territorial branches, on which according to the position the accomplishments of the state control on utilization and protection of land are fixed and which are the state inspectors on use and protection of land. The list of the service personnel and their functions as regards the use of land are validated are validated by the Chief State Inspector on utilization and protection of land. State Inspector on use and protection of land, after the exposure of the non-purposeful use of the plots of land or by methods that reduce soil fertility creating causing pollution, in accordance with the Article 29 of Land Code gives a notice to the managing enterprise to eliminate the infringements within one month. A protocol on the infringement of land legislation must be drawn up in two copies, one of which is handed to the infringer of land legislation and the other keeps the official that has drawn up the document. The document consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 concerns consideration of cases of the infringement of land legislation. Section 3 establishes the modalities of appeal against verdicts on administrative violation of land legislation. Section 4 regards the fulfilment amercement verdicts.
