Order No.83/35 of 1999 of the Committee of Food Industry and of the Committee for Ensuring Monopoly for Manufacturing and Circulation of Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages and Tobaccos regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities of coordination and validation of technical requirements and formulae for manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, vodka, liqueurs and alcoholic beverages with alcohol content from 1,2% to 8,5% and technical requirements for manufacturing of tobaccos by private business undertakers.

The document establishes the modalities of coordination and validation of technical requirements and formulae for manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, vodka, liqueurs and alcoholic beverages with alcohol content from 1,2% to 8,5% and technical requirements for manufacturing of tobaccos by private business undertakers. These technical requirements after coordination and validation entry into force only after state registration by the Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
