The document establishes the requirements for carrying out compulsory attestation of works for manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobaccos in the Ukraine. The requirements of this Regulation are compulsory for all enterprises irrespectively of the form of property. Institutions of State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification, accredited in accordance with the modalities established by the current legislation by state certification system of foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials with the obligatory participation of the representatives of Special State Committee for Ensuring Monopoly. The document consists of IV Sections and contains 3 Annexes. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II regards general requirements for the documentation of works subject to attestation. Section III determines the modalities of carrying out activity connected to the attestation of works. Section Iv establishes the modalities of appeal.
