Resolution No. 1001 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Licensing conditions for carrying out business activities in the transportation of passengers, hazardous goods and hazardous waste by road transport, international transportation of passengers and goods by road transport.

These Licensing Terms define a comprehensive list of documents to be attached to the application for a license for the right to carry out business activities in the transportation of passengers, hazardous goods and hazardous waste by road transport, international transportation of passengers and goods by road transport, as well as establish organizational, personnel and technological requirements for the material and technical base of the licensee and the means of carrying out the activity, which are mandatory for implementation during the implementation of the specified activity. Economic activity can be carried out partially according to the following types: (a) domestic transportation of hazardous goods and hazardous waste by trucks; and (b) international transportation of hazardous goods and hazardous waste by trucks. During the inspection of the licensee's compliance with the requirements of these license conditions by the licensing authority in accordance with the procedure established by law, the licensee is obliged to ensure the presence of the licensee's manager, his deputy or another authorized person.
