Resolution No. 1008 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for state support of potato producers.

This Procedure defines the mechanism of using the funds provided by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy in the state budget under the program "Financial Support of Agricultural Producers", which are directed to state support of potato producers. Budgetary funds are directed for the purpose of state support for producers engaged in agricultural activities, including potato cultivation, to stimulate the increase of potato planting areas, production volumes, and increase capacity for its storage and processing thereof. Recipients of budget funds are agricultural producers - legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form, whose main activity is the cultivation of potatoes and/or the production of processing products of self-grown potatoes, which: (a) do not have open bankruptcy proceedings, and/or which have not been recognized bankrupt, and/or which are not at the stage of liquidation; (b) do not have, on the 1st of the month in which the decision to include them in the register of agricultural producers, to whom budgetary funds have been allocated for providing compensation for the construction of new facilities, arrears of payments for more than six months, the control of the payment of which is entrusted to the State Tax Collection Service; (c) which are not classified as legal entities or individuals to whom special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) are applied, according to the relevant decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, put into effect by the Decree of the President of Ukraine on the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Sanctions".
