This Resolution validates the standard form of Model Agreement on the conduct of exploration and mining operations in areas of amber-bearing subsoil. It contains information and data on location of land plot subject to exploration and mining, determines fees for exploitation of land plot and subsoil amber deposits, terms for payment of land tax, rights and duties, and liabilities of the Parties.
