Resolution No. 117 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Procedure for adopting of decision on state support for the establishment of public-private partnership.

This Resolution establishes the Procedure for adopting of decision on state support for the establishment of public-private partnership if such support is provided from local state budget through payment to a private partner of fee for the operational readiness and other payments, transferred by the agreement, to be paid within the framework of the public-private partnership, including the concession agreement. In the draft decision on allocation of state support shall be indicated: (a) public partner; (b) object of public-private partnership; and (c) maximum amount of state support on annual basis.
