Resolution No. 1238 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Procedure for submitting information on the certification of energy and/or environmental management systems of economic entities.

The Procedure for submitting information on the certification of energy and/or environmental management systems of economic entities defines the mechanism for submission by energy and/or environmental management system certification bodies accredited in Ukraine in accordance with the law to the State Energy Efficiency Agency of the information on the certification of energy and/or environmental management systems of business entities. The certification body shall, no later than within two working days from the date of adoption of the decision on the certification of the energy and/or environmental management systems of the business entity, submit information on the certification to the State Energy Efficiency Agency in electronic form for its subsequent inclusion in the Register of business entities, which received certificates of energy management and/or environmental management systems. The procedure for maintaining the Register is determined by the Ministry of Energy. Certification bodies ensure timeliness, reliability and completeness of provided certification information.
