Resolution No. 1246 of the Ministry of Finance validating the Instructions for maintaining the Unified State Register of Producers of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, rectified grape ethyl alcohol, rectified fruit ethyl alcohol, grape alcoholic distillate, raw fruit alcohol, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine shall ensure the formation, maintenance and posting on the official web portal of the State Fiscal Service of the Unified State Register of producers of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, rectified grape ethyl alcohol, rectified fruit ethyl alcohol, grape alcoholic distillate, raw fruit alcohol, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. It determines the structure and procedure for maintaining the Unified State Register of Producers of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, rectified grape ethyl alcohol, rectified fruit ethyl alcohol, grape alcoholic distillate, raw fruit alcohol, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products. Information about business entities is entered into the Register within five working days from the date of issuance of a license for the production of ethyl alcohol, cognac and fruit and grain distillate, rectified grape ethyl alcohol, rectified fruit ethyl alcohol, grape spirit distillate, raw fruit alcohol, bioethanol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
