Abstract
This Resolution establishes that the validity period of permits (certificates) for the right to work related to the transportation, storage, application and trade of pesticides and agrochemicals, issued in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Pesticides and Agrochemicals" and valid as of January 1, 2022, is extended for the period of martial law in Ukraine and for 90 days following the date of its termination or cancellation.
