Resolution No. 398 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On some issues of implementation of phytosanitary measures and procedures under martial law”.

This Resolution establishes that State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Service shall exercise its powers on the principle of extraterritoriality. Persons shall have the right to apply for and receive documents, administrative services and phytosanitary procedures in the field of quarantine and plant protection in any territorial body of the State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Service, as well as to apply for phytosanitary examination (analysis) to any phytosanitary laboratory, which belongs to the sphere of competence and management of the aforesaid Service, at their choice.
