Resolution No. 563 related to some issues of regulation of land relations.

Ministerial Decree No. 220 validating the form of the Model Contract on lease of land shall be amended to add the following wording: “Model Contract on lease of land establishes that after the expiration of the land lease contract concluded for commercial agricultural production during martial law, the lessee shall not have a preemptive right to renew it for a new term. The right to lease a plot of land arises from the date of state registration of the contract (in the case when the contract is concluded for commercial agricultural production during martial law)”. Ministerial Decree No. 1553 validating the Regulation on the State fund of land use planning documentation shall be amended to add the following wording: “Depending on the type of documentation on land management and land valuation and the level of land management, the developer of such documentation and the developer of technical documentation on soil evaluation, economic evaluation of land and normative monetary valuation of land plots, as well as reports on expert monetary valuation of land plots through the electronic web portal of the State Geological cadastre or through the Unified state web portal of electronic services, upon application, the form of which is given in Appendix 1, transmits land planning and land assessment documentation in electronic form free of charge within a month after its approval using a qualified electronic signature of a certified land engineer responsible for the quality of works with: land management and land valuation carried out at the national level, to the Main Fund; land management and land valuation carried out at the regional level - to the regional fund; and land management and land valuation carried out at the local level - to the local fund”.
