Resolution No. 58 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Procedure for submission and posting of the report of the business entity on compliance with the conditions of the emission permit and the implementation of measures to control compliance with the established maximum permissible emissions of pollutants.

This Procedure defines the mechanism for submitting and placing on the internet resource of the licensing authority the annual report of the business entity on compliance with the conditions of the emission permit and the implementation of measures to monitor compliance with the established maximum permissible emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air. The effect of this Resolution applies to business entities that have received a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air by stationary sources. The report is submitted and posted in electronic or paper form according to the Annex. The report in electronic form and the report in paper form are original documents with the same legal force. Submission and posting of the report are free of charge.
