Resolution No. 758 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the sphere of competence of the State Concern “Nuclear Fuel”.

This Resolution establishes that the State Concern “Nuclear Fuel” is a state economic association operating on the principles of complete economic autonomy and institutional sustainability, and is responsible for the results of economic activity and fulfilment of obligations. The Concern in accordance with the legislation: (a) forms unified internal scientific, technical, technological, financial and economic, investment, tax, credit and personnel policy and ensures its implementation; (b) develops plans for research and development work, technical re-equipment, manufacturing produce destined for export and domestic consumption, production plans, as well as coordinates and monitors their implementation by participants; (c) submits for approval in the prescribed manner the annual financial and investment plans of the participants for the medium term (three to five years); and (d) creates systems: quality management and certification; informatization; document circulation and preservation of archival documentation; measures to protect information and documentation that are a trade and state secret.
