Resolution No. 787 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the criteria for assessing the degree of risk from economic activities for storage of grain and products of its processing and determines the frequency of planned measures of state supervision (control) by the State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Service.

Criteria used for risk assessment originating from economic activity related to storage of grain and products of its processing shall be classified as follows: (a) type of economic activity; (b) period of the performance of economic activity related to storage of grain and products of its processing; (c) types of violations of the requirements of the legislation on grain and grain market, identified by the results of measures of state supervision (control) carried out during the last five years preceding the planning period; (d) the number of violations of the requirements of the legislation on grain and the grain market detected as a result of measures of state supervision (control) carried out during the last five years preceding the planning period; and (e) the number of unscheduled measures of state supervision (control) for compliance with the requirements of the legislation on grain and grain market, carried out in relation to economic entity during the previous five years preceding the planning period.
