Resolution No. 972 of the Cabinet of Ministers “On some issues of the State Concern "National Production and Agrarian Association "Massandra".

The State Concern National Production and Agrarian Association Massandra is a state statutory association of state enterprises, established on the basis of the Main Factory of Vintage Wines Massandra, and the legal successor of the National Production and Agrarian Association Massandra, to whose balance sheet all property belonging to the Production and Agrarian Association Massandra is transferred. The Concern was founded to ensure the coordination of production, scientific, commercial and other activities of its participants for the implementation of joint economic and social projects. The objectives of the Concern are: (a) Ukraine's acquisition of the status of a leading producer of vintage wine; (b) preservation, renewal and territorial expansion of vineyards; (c) preservation of professional knowledge and experience in the field of grape growing and wine production by ensuring the continuity of generations of employees of agro-industrial enterprises; (d) strengthening the potential of the industry by increasing the volume of wine production, as well as improving the efficiency of management and marketing; (e) ensuring the development of viticulture, horticulture and the wine industry based on its own raw material base, meeting the state's needs in wine and other products; (f) strengthening sectoral and inter-sectoral cooperation in the field of grape growing, winemaking and other products; and (g) taking a set of measures to improve the quality and competitiveness of products manufactured by the Concern's participants.
