Resolution No. 974 of the Cabinet of Ministers determining the levels of performance indicators of the pumping station, which has been transferred to the ownership of the water users’ association.

This Resolution establishes that for the pumping station, which is transferred to the ownership of the water users’ association, setting forth the following performance indicators: (a) actual productivity of the pumping station, percent; and (b) energy productivity of the pumping station, percent. Water users’ association has the right to a budget subsidy for a pumping station pertaining to its ownership in the event that, according to the set of indicators that are calculated according to the formulas specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Resolution, such a pumping station has a level of: (a) actual productivity is 70 percent and below the design level; and (b) energy productivity below the calculated energy level performance that is at or below 54 percent.
