Animal Diseases (Declaration of Animals) Instrument (S.I. 38—1).

These Rules, made under section 1(a) of the Animal Diseases Act, declare all species of apes and monkeys, psittacine birds, rats, mice, guinea pigs and all other rodents to be included in the term “animals” for the purposes of the Act. As a consequence the Act, shall apply to those animals.
