Animal Diseases (Fumigation) Rules (S.I. 38—6).

These Rules, made under section 20 of the Animal Diseases Act, provide that any person in charge of any vehicle or any person travelling in a vehicle or otherwise on the roads as set out in the Schedule to these Rules shall enter the fumigation houses mentioned in the Schedule to these Rules and shall submit himself or herself and the vehicle to the fumigation process.
