Cotton Development (Variation of Percentage of Cess) Instrument, 2004 (S.I. No. 27 of 2004).

This Instrument of Minister, made under section 26(2) of the Cotton Development Act, specifies a cess payable under section 26(1)(f) of the Act on the sales value of lint cotton sold at every ginnery. It also validates cess paid in the past and collected by the Uganda Ginners and Cotton Exporters Association.
