Game (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order.

The persons specified in the First Schedule to this Order are declared to be authorised officers for purposes of the Game (Preservation and Control) Act (Cap. 226) and the persons specified in the Second Schedule to this Order are declared to be game wardens for purposes of the Act. Game guards are specified in the Third Schedule. Governments of territorial subdivisions are empowered to issue supplementary licenses for the area under its authority pursuant to section 5. The forms set out in the Fourth Schedule to this Order shall be used for licenses (basic game license)
