Abstract
For purposes of the Game (Preservation and Control) Act, a National Wildlife Committee is established. The Committee consists of various Wildlife public officers, the Chief Forest Officer, the Commissioner for Agriculture, the Chief Tsetse Officer, the Commissioner for Fisheries and Heads of the Department of Botany and the Department of Zoology. The Chief Game Warden shall act as Chairman.

The Act has been repealed by the Uganda Wildlife Statute, 1996 (No. 14 of 1996), but subsidiary legislation remains in force.The Game (Preservation and Control) (Establishment of a National Wildlife Committee) Order, 1973 (S.I.
