Abstract
This Act establishes the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) as a body corporate, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to its administration and operations. The objects of this organization include promotion of market-oriented farming to promote food security, nutrition and household incomes and enhancing famer and farmer groups capacities, especially in the managing of farms, taking into consideration the gender perspective. Farmer groups may register with NAADS so as to benefit from its services.
