Abstract
This Act provides for the continuation of the National Water and Sewerage Corporation of Uganda. The objects of the corporation shall be to operate and provide water and sewerage services in areas entrusted to it under the Water Act. It shall, among other things, provide water supply services for domestic, stock, horticultural, industrial, commercial, recreational, environmental and other beneficial uses. The Corporation shall operate on the basis of a triennial corporate plan.
