Non-Governmental Organisations Registration Regulations 2009 (S.I. No. 19 of 2009).

These Regulations, made under section 13 of the Non-Governmental Organisation Registration Act, makes provision with respect to, among other things, registration of organizations, issue of certificate of registration and incorporation, annual returns, estimates and furnishing information, dissolution, etc. Community Based Organisations shall not be required to be incorporated under the Act but shall register with the district local government of the area where they operate. Two or more organisations may form a self-regulating body.
