Plant Protection (Fumigation of Imports) (Trogoderma Granarium) Order (S.I. 31-4).

These Rules, made under section 8 of the Plant Protection Act, prohibit the importation of articles set out in the first column of the First Schedule to this Order and any article mentioned in the first column of the Third Schedule to this Order from any of specified territories. Any inspector may cause to be fumigated or treated with insecticide any scheduled article which has been imported into Uganda and which, whether fumigated before shipment or not, is found to be infested with Trogoderma granarium. The Order specifies the method of fumigation.
