Abstract
These Regulations under section 17(2)(k) of the Tobacco (Control and Marketing) Act, specify fees payable for each type of licence as set out in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations. Licences are: a tobacco buyer licence, a tobacco processor licence, and a tobacco exporter licence.
